o    High Performance Home, Atlanta, GA. Provided geotechnical consulting for site grading and foundation design for innovative, new high performance home on approximately 3 ½-acre property. Subfloor excavation encountered bedrock, boulders, existing fill and residual soils. Foundations were designed for support on bedrock, residual soils and engineered fill placed during site grading for 100-year structure design life. o    Kenmore Drive, Atlanta, GA. Provided geotechnical services associated with floor subsidence and foundation support for new interior columns. Engineering included recommendations for new deep foundation elements to support a series of new columns constructed in the basement on an existing house.

o    Henderson Mill Court, Dekalb County, GA, Evaluated causes of cracking observed in exterior brick of existing home. Cracking resulted from settlement of the exterior walls under a portion of the structure. Recommendations for in-place remediation including underpinning of existing foundations using helical piers and drainage improvements were provided.
