MUNICIPAL/GOVERNMENT

o    United States Embassies – Yerevan, Armenia; Sofia, Bulgaria; Abidjan, Cote d’Ivore; Tbilisi, Georgia, and Tashkent, Uzbekistan.  Project manager and Principal geotechnical engineer for the geotechnical investigations for construction of new embassy compounds including the main embassy, marine headquarters, warehouses, parking, security fencing and compound entry gates.  Facilitated and managed local drillers and laboratory testing facilities.  Site visits performed to conduct the field investigations and audit local resources. Geotechnical reports including extensive engineering analyses satisfying State Department requirements were prepared.

o    Fort Gordon Security Operations Center (National Security Agency Headquarters), Fort Gordon, GA. Responsible for providing principal-level consultation and geotechnical review for construction of a three-story, 535,650-GSF Security Operations Center with ancillary buildings including vehicle inspection area, visitor control center, antenna farm building, and warehouse.
